Calm

There is a lot of horrible shit going on in the world. And it is ok to feel upset, and angry, and sad, and disappointed, and whatever else you are feeling.

But don't forget to take time for you — take time to rest. time to enjoy the small things. time to have some calm and quiet and recharge so you can keep fighting.

We can't fight every fight all the time. Sit down, rest, and have a bit of calm. There are others here that will carry on, and you can pick it back up when you are ready. Because if you don't stop every now and then, you'll eventually stop all together and then they win.
